Sometime I workout in the early and sometimes at night. Does my meal need to change?
So I know what not to eat, but what should I eat?
Ummm you want me to eat carbs?…. I thought those bad for you.
Those are a handful of questions and thoughts that we heard follow our last preworkout nutrition blog.
We are going to break down a little more for you and answer those questions above.
