Post holidays detox…

How many times did you or fit you hear someone else say, “After the 1st, I’ll start my diet” or “Detox start after the holidays”.

If you feel bloated, sluggish, and just ick from post holiday treats, chances are you don’t need to do a hardcore 7 day cayenne pepper cleanse.

And if hearing that makes makes you more sad and concerned than happy, then chances are you are looking for a quick fix.

NEW FLASH: The body is has its own natural detox plan.

Here is how you can assist your body do it thang… rather than work against it, force your hormones into a never end roller coaster, and save your mental sanity.

(There are a few people who might benefit from a liver detox. Check out the blog post here to find out if that is you. )

  1. Drink a ton of water! Flush it out. Yes, green tea or milk thistle can help as well. Cup of water in the morning with half a lemon and apple cider vinegar and a dash of salt is also great to jump start the digestion.
  2. Eat a ton of veggies. Veggies are packed in fiber and nutrients. This will help your body release the toxins while re-establish a healthy gut flora. Aim for 800g in weight of fruits and veggies in a day.

And we are going to stop there. Yes, there is more than you can do, but these are two great goals to focus on for 2+ weeks. If you make it 2 week hitting those two goals 80% of the time, then let us know and we can help build on top of those goals?
